An exhibit by Oklahoma-based artist Brandon Reese will open at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 27, at the Daum Museum of Contemporary Art on the State Fair Community College campus in Sedalia.
According to a news release, a selection of new ceramic sculptures that illustrates Reese’s decade-long exploration of monumental, open-worked forms will be featured.
Reese is scheduled to give a gallery talk at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, at the museum. The event will be free and open to the public.
The exhibit reportedly will remain on site and be available for viewing through May 27.
Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. Admission is free.
