MARSHALL AUTHORITIES ARREST WOMAN WITH WARRANTS FROM TWO AREA COUNTIES

According to a news release, Marshall police officers arrested 38-year-old Brandy Denise Mobley who had warrants out for her arrest from more than one county on Thursday, February 8.

According to online court documents, warrants were issued for her arrest in Pettis County in December 2017 and in Saline County in January 2018. Mobley– whose address is listed as Slater on the Saline County documents and Marshall on the Pettis County documents– faces a Class E Felony charge for Resisting or Interfering with an Arrest for a Felony and two driving-related misdemeanors in Saline County; and four counts of a Class D Felony for Forgery in Pettis County. Bond has been set at $5,000 cash only in Saline County and $25,000 cash or surety in Pettis County.

A counsel-status hearing for Mobley is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 14, at Saline County Circuit Court in Marshall. Her initial hearing at Pettis County Circuit Court in Sedalia is pending.
