A Marshall resident has been charged with a felony and several misdemeanors for allegedly using another person’s debit card to make purchases without the victim’s consent.
According to a probable-cause statement, the purchases totaled more than $600 over a five-day period in January.
Online court documents say a warrant has been issued and Jamie Jacob Keith has been charged with a Class D Felony for Stealing and seven misdemeanors for fraudulent use of a credit or debit device. Bond has been fixed at $7,500 cash or surety, with one of the conditions being he is not to have any contact with the alleged victim.
An initial hearing for Keith is pending at Saline County Circuit Court in Marshall.
