A Fayette man who allegedly assaulted a woman on June 14 has been charged with a felony.
According to a probable-cause statement, a woman said when she woke up, Darren Tindall started yelling at her and then grabbed her and dropped her on the ground, causing an injury to her right leg. Tindall told authorities that the woman kicked him and he grabbed her to keep her off of him.
According to online court documents, a warrant has been served and Tindall has been charged with a Class E Felony for Domestic Assault in the Third Degree. Bond has been fixed at $10,000.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled to be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, June 26, at Howard County Circuit Court.
