A Richmond resident suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash in Ray County on Monday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a westbound vehicle, driven by 37-year-old Joseph Osborne, reportedly traveled off the roadway and struck a tree.
Osborne was transported by Ray County E.M.S. to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
The crash happened at about 6:15 a.m. on Route D, one-quarter of a mile west of Coon Branch Road.
