Two trails at Knob Noster State Park currently are closed to certain users.

According to officials at the park, due to continued freezing and thawing conditions, McAdoo Trail is closed for equestrian users and Opossum Hollow Trail is closed to bicyclists.

All trails, except Opossum Hollow Trail, are opened to hikers. Opossum Hollow is closed due to the hazardous road conditions leading to the trailhead.

Officials say be careful of debris, wet or muddy areas of the trails.

Officials say they anticipate reopening the trails for normal use- which includes equestrian and bicycling- on Thursday, January 21.
