Charles Francis (Bawls) Waters, age 64, of Carrollton, died Tuesday, November 8, 2016.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday,November 12, at the Jeff Waters home in Carrollton. Burial will be at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to family choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Foster Funeral Chapel in Carrollton.
