Funeral services for 90-year-old Willie Mae Makings of Marshall died Thursday, July 27th, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 31st at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall.
Survivors include three children: Tommy Makings Sr. and wife Herma of Odessa, MO, Susan Repp and husband Jim of rural Marshall and Joedy Darling and husband Chris of Marshall; six grandchildren: Tom Makings Jr., Julie Hunter and husband Aaron, Staci Hooper, John Makings and wife Anita, Christin Duncan and husband Tommy, and Natalie Darling; 14 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, John W. Wyrick Sr. and Minnie Mae Narron Wyrick, and husband, Lyle E. Makings, she was preceded in death by two sons, Frank Makings and Greg Makings; one great-grandson, Thomas Christopher Duncan; one sister, Ruby Murdock; and one brother, John W. Wyrick Jr.
