A Carrollton man charged with felonies for allegedly performing sex-related acts with a juvenile last year is due in an area courtroom this week.
According to a probable-cause statement, on June 18, 2017, an alleged victim reported to a Carrollton Police officer that she had been raped earlier in the day by 22-year-old Theodore Ryan Draeger. In addition to sex, the alleged victim also accused Draeger of sodomizing her with a sex toy. The statement says the alleged victim was 16 years old at the time of the alleged incident.
Reportedly, a search of the residence where the alleged incident occurred supported the victim’s account.
Online court documents say Draeger has been charged with Class D Felonies for Statutory Rape in the Second Degree and Statutory Sodomy in the Second Degree.
Draeger, who entered a plea of not guilty during a hearing on October 12, 2017, is scheduled to appear for another hearing at 9 a.m. on Thursday, January 11, at Carroll County Circuit Court in Carrollton.
