An Odessa man who reportedly was acting as a decoy during a shoplifting incident at Dollar General on February 22 in Odessa and later allegedly was found to have drugs on him has been charged with multiple counts of a felony in Lafayette County.
A probable-cause statement says authorities found two types of scheduled narcotics– morphine and Alprazolam; a baggie with methamphetamine; two glass pipes; and some marijuana on 31-year-old Aaron Clayton Moore.
According to online court documents, Moore has been charged with three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid and three misdemeanors.
Moore’s initial appearance is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
