The Carrollton Town Council was updated on the progress of beginning a program welcoming new residents to the community during its meeting on Monday, March 5.
City Administrator Terry Bell explains the Carrollton Area Economic Alliance’s “Welcome Wagon” program.

In other business, Bell said the council passed an ordinance requiring residents to have address numbers displayed on their homes.

Bell added residents will have plenty of time to get address numbers displayed on their homes as notifications will be sent out before ordinance violations.
