Three area residents sustained injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Pettis County on Tuesday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a southbound vehicle, driven by 72-year-old Andrew Webb, of Sedalia, reportedly traveled through an intersection without stopping and into the path of a northbound vehicle, driven by 68-year-old Marietta Jones, of Warsaw.
Jones and a passenger in her vehicle, 76-year-old Lanny Jones, of Warsaw, each suffered serious injuries, and Webb sustained moderate injuries. They were transported by Pettis County ambulance to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia for treatment.
The crash happened just before 10:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 65 at Missouri Highway 765.
