MoDOT is scheduled to begin some pavement repair in Pettis County next week.
According to a news release, the work is scheduled to start on Monday, August 13, on northbound U.S. Highway 65.
Work will extend from the Saline County line to Route 765, just north of Sedalia. Crews will be working daytime hours, beginning in the early morning and finishing in the afternoon.
These repairs are in preparation for an extensive paving operation on both northbound and southbound U.S. Highway 65 that will begin after the Missouri State Fair this month.
All work is weather dependent.
