A Blackwater resident suffered moderate injuries in a traffic crash in Pettis County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a southbound vehicle, driven by 21-year-old Jessica Luscombe, reportedly traveled off the roadway and struck a grove of trees.
Luscombe, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, was transported by Pettis County ambulance to Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia for treatment.
The crash happened just before 6 a.m. on U.S. Highway 65 at Thornleigh Road.
