An ongoing roadwork project is scheduled to continue this week in Cooper County.
According to MoDOT, bridge replacement is underway on Highway 87 over I-70, where the bridge is still closed. Lane closures in the eastbound and westbound lanes of I-70 are possible this week for the removal of items from the Highway 87 overpass.
The project scheduled for completion by sometime in November.
All work is weather permitting.
