A roadwork project is scheduled to continue this week in Howard County.
According to MoDOT, bridge-replacement work is continuing this week which has close the Doxies Creek Bridge on Route V, west of County Road 265. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route around the work area.
The project is scheduled for completion by sometime in December.
A roadwork project is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, October 9. Bridge maintenance is scheduled on Route H over Salt Fork, south of County Road 204, with the work scheduled to last through Thursday, October 18.
One lane will be open, and a crew will flag traffic through the work area.
An ongoing roadwork project during overnight hours is scheduled to resume this week.
Resurfacing and shoulder improvements are scheduled to continue on Highway 40, between Highway 5 and Route UU in Boone County. Also during the week, asphalt overlay work is scheduled on Highway 40, between Highway 5 and Salt Creek, and the overall project is scheduled to run through sometime in October.
During the project, one lane will be open, and crews will guide traffic through the work area.
