During her report at the meeting of the Marshall Public Library Board of Trustees on Tuesday, October 9, director Anmarie Rahner said she discussed a possible event for the future with Dr. Bryan Carson, the new director of Murrell Library on the Missouri Valley College campus.

Rahner pointed out the event– still in just the planning stage– could be held in the spring at one of several locations- including perhaps the Martin Community Center or the Spainhower Building on the campus formerly known as the Marshall Habilitation Center.
In other business, Rahner said the library will be holding a Halloween event.

Rahner also reported that she continues to work on the website when she has time. She hopes to have an outline to show the board by its next meeting in November.
