Businesses, groups or organizations will be able to fill out paperwork soon to perhaps receive some money from the Transient Guest Tax funds in Sweet Springs.
City Clerk Michelle Fuehring explains what the Transient Guest Tax is.

During its meeting on Tuesday, October 9, the Sweet Springs Board of Aldermen approved a motion to set the deadline for businesses, groups or organizations to submit an application, according to Fuehring.

In other news, the board approved the hiring of Dallas Hammonds for the Public Works Department.
