A Binghamton, N.Y., man plead guilty in federal court earlier this week for enticing three juvenile victims from Sedalia into sending him nude images of themselves earlier this year.
According to a news release, 31-year old Brandon David Cuddihe pleaded guilty in federal court to two counts of attempting to produce child pornography on Tuesday, October 16.
Cuddihe reportedly admitted he posed as a 14-year-old girl on Facebook and conversed with more than 150 people, many of whom were juveniles. Three juveniles from Sedalia were contacted by Cuddihe, where the mother of one of the victims contacted the Sedalia Police Department when she learned that her child had sent nude photos and videos via Facebook Messenger.
Cuddihe is subject to a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in federal prison without parole, and his sentencing hearing will be scheduled after the completion of a pre-sentence investigation by the United States Probation Office.
This case was investigated by the FBI, the Sedalia Police Department, the Binghamton Police Department, and the Broome County, N.Y., Sheriff’s Department.
