Saline County Presiding Commissioner Kile Guthrey Jr. said during the meeting of the commission on Thursday, February 21, the Marshall Chamber of Commerce has requested the use of courthouse grounds for some upcoming events.

Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner said the only stipulation is the sale of alcoholic beverages is not allowed on county property.
The commissioners approved all four events to be able to use county grounds.
