According to an operator at Carroll County E-911, a voluntary evacuation order has been issued to residents in the Miami Bottoms and Wakenda areas due to levee breaches. At this time, it is not a mandatory evacuation, but that could change sometime today. Also, residents in the area should expect Highway 41 to be closed sometime today due to the breaches.
