Vera Fuemmeler, age 97, of Armstrong, died Friday, September 20, 2019.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 25, at St. Mary Church in Glasgow, where Rosary will be held at 4:30 and visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 24. Burial will follow Wednesday’s services at Washington Cemetery in Glasgow.

Memorials are suggested to St. Mary School or Church.

Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Glasgow is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include: daughters, Patricia (Maurice) Devolder, of Pleasant Hill; Judy (Roger) Schaefer, of Columbia; Brenda (Charles) Adams, of Albemarle, NC; Teresa (Tony) Sanders, of Glasgow; Sandy (Geoff) Sanders, of Arsmtrong; and Nancy (Curtis) Sanders, of Armstrong; sons, Jerome (Sally) Fuemmeler, of Armstrong; Herbert (Gayla) Fuemmeler, of Slater; Kenneth (Mary) Fuemmeler, of Rocheport; Harold (Karen) Fuemmeler, of Huntsville; Wayne Fuemmeler, of Armstrong; Paul (Debbie) Fuemmeler, of Armstrong; Larry (Wanda) Fuemmeler, of Fayette; and Mark Fuemmeler, of Kirksville; sisters, Dorothy (John) Kincaid, of Glasgow; and Gloria (Raymond) Creason, of Dixon; brother, Morris (Jeanie) Strodtman, of Gilliam; 49 grandchildren, 87 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
