Richard L. “Dick” Sowers, 73, of Waverly, MO, died Thursday, January 23, 2020.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall. Burial will follow in the Waverly Cemetery.  A masonic service will begin at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with visitation following until 7:00 p.m.  Memorials are suggested to family choice and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Survivors include three children: Mitch Sowers (Christy) of Waverly, Holly Hulett (Jason) of Osage Beach and Wendy Sowers of Lee’s Summit; five grandchildren: Christian, Will, Mya, Lily and Ella; his longtime companion, Lou Wilkinson; one brother, Jim Sowers of Arizona; as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Dick was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Sowers and Dorothy Sue Larkin Sowers, and one brother, Bob Sowers.
