During its meeting on Thursday, February 20, the Saline County Commission approved the 2020 budget.
The budget had been available for 10 working days at the clerk’s office for county residents to view and make comments.
In other news, Northern District Commissioner Stephanie Gooden announced some date requests for upcoming events to use the courthouse grounds in Marshall.

Commissioners approved the requests for the Spring Fling on June 6; the Wine Walk on August 1; Trick-or-Treating on the Square on October 22; and the Community Christmas Event on December 4.
