Formal charges have been filed against three area residents after an area law-enforcement agency executed a search warrant on Friday, March 6.
A news release says the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office executed the warrant at 217 North Pine Street in Norborne.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities found methamphetamine, digital scales, four miniature baggies with methamphetamine residue, firearms and ammunition.
Anthony Nelson Perry, of Norborne, has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; a Class D Felony for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; and a drug-related misdemeanor. Amanda Perry, of Norborne, has been charged with a Class C Felony for Delivery of a Controlled Substance; and a drug-related misdemeanor. And James D. Eaton, of Hardin, is facing a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; and a drug-related misdemeanor. At this time, the court has ordered no bond.
An initial hearing for each subject is pending at Carroll County Circuit Court.
