A 55-year-old Sedalia man is facing a drug-related felony charge after a traffic stop on Tuesday, March 10.
According to a probable-cause statement, authorities say they found multiple drug-related items in the vehicle- including a used syringe with 25 milliliters of red substance that field tested to be methamphetamine; two used syringes with white residue, a glass pipe, a spoon and a digital scale- all with white residue that field tested to be methamphetamine; and a bag containing a small amount of marijuana.
Jeffrey R. Miller has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond has been fixed at $25,000 cash or surety.
Miller’s initial hearing is pending at Pettis County Circuit Court.
