Another 100-plus confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 were reported by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services as of 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, compared to the day before.
DHSS says the confirmed number of positive cases is now 7,425- up from 7,303 on Tuesday.
The number of deaths increased to 318- up from 314 on Tuesday. However, DHSS does not list how many patients have recovered.
There have been 77,037 tests conducted by all labs (but the number was not updated on Wednesday).
DHSS expects the next update to be made at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.
