Two men have been charged with a drug-related felony after a traffic stop in Saline County on Friday, May 15.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, authorities located and seized 76 vacuum-sealed packages of marijuana, with an approximate weight of 130 pounds. Authorities also say they located and seized a small bag containing nearly $23,000 and THC vaporizer cartridges.
Each subject- 39-year-old James McLemore Clark, of Vidalia, Georgia, and 41-year-old Nathaniel Kyle Bandy, of Chattanooga, Tennessee- has been charged with a Class C Felony for Trafficking Drugs in the Second Degree. Bond for each subject has been set at $100,000 cash only.
Each defendant waived his formal arraignment on Monday, May 18. A confined docket hearing for each defendant is scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, at Saline County Circuit Court.
