Voters in Carroll County will be the deciding several races and issues during the municipal election.
Six candidates are vying for three seats on the Carrollton R-7 School Board: Cohlby Jones, Mandy Placke, David S. Randolph, Jason “Chick” Miller, Susan Bliss and Todd Park.
Scarlet Horine, Keith Higgins and Martha Brunjes are running unopposed for council seats in Carrollton.
There are four candidates for three seats on the Norborne R-8 School Board: Jennifer Carpenter-Wright, Jennie Lee, Becky Cook and Megan Armstrong.
In the city of Norborne, Brandon Trent Ehlen and Kristen Thompson are vying for the seat of Alderman Ward 1; and Robert “Bob” Peetoom and Garrett Matthews are vying for the seat for Alderman Ward 2.
There are four candidates for three seats on the Bosworth R-5 School Board: Reggie Crose Jr., Brooke Phillips, Donna D. Forrest and Donna Grimes. Dave Bruce also is running unopposed for a two-year seat on the school board.
Six candidates are vying for three seats on the Brunswick R-2 School Board: Derek Schuchman, Tyler Barnett, Kirk Gunn, Nicholas Dean Reische, Shawn Meyer and Shelby Meyer.
In the Village of Tina, Brandon Singer and Spencer Hussey are two candidates for three board positions.
For Hale R-1 Schoo Board, there are four candidates: Chauncey K. Ponting, Buddy Singer, Dan Moss and Kevin Miller.
Four candidates are vying for three seats on the Braymer C-4 School Board: Terry Parker, Rachel Hunt, McCall Prewitt and Vickie Davidson.
And the Braymer C-4 School District is asking voters to approve “Proposition Pride” to be able to raise the tax levy by $1.
Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2.
