A 74-year-old Lee’s Summit man was killed in a rollover all-terrain vehicle accident in Cooper County on Wednesday.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred as an eastbound ATV, driven by Ralph Taylor, rolled down a ravine, overturned and pinned the driver under the ATV.
Taylor, who was not wearing a safety device, was pronounced deceased at 6:30 p.m. by Cooper County Deputy Coroner Chris Howard.
The accident happened at 6 p.m. on the north end of Taylor Road.
