Increasing by nearly 300, the total number of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 surpassed 14,000 in Missouri.
According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, as of 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, the total number of confirmed cases was 14,057- up from 13,767 on Wednesday, June 3.
The number of COVID-19-related deaths increased to 789 on Thursday- up from 786 on Wednesday. However, DHSS does not report how many positive COVID-19 patients have recovered.
DHSS expects the next update to take place at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 5.
