The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a virtual local hearing on July 14, beginning at 6 p.m. This meeting will allow customers of Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. an opportunity to comment on water and sewer rate increase cases filed by the company.
On March 6, 2020, Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. filed water and sewer rate cases with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual water revenues by approximately $135,745 and annual sewer revenues by approximately $393,919Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. serves approximately 119 water customers and 361 sewer customers in Pettis and Johnson counties.
In addition to the virtual hearing held via WebEX, the local public hearing will also be streamed on the Commission’s website at www.psc.mo.gov . The Commission is holding this local public hearing via WebEx due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Customers who wish to provide comments on the record during the hearing have until 5:00 p.m. on July 7, 2020 to register.  at elmhillscomments@psc.mo.gov .  Any person who requires any accommodations to participate in the hearing should contact the Public Service Commission at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearing.
Customers with questions regarding the rate cases may submit those questions by July 20, 2020 via email. to elmhillscomments@psc.mo.gov .Written comments, to be included in the case record, should be received no later than July 22, 2020.  Please send those comments to elmhillscomments@psc.mo.gov .

The Public Service Commission has ordered Elm Hills Utility Operating Company, Inc. to send written notice of the hearing to its customers by June 22, 2020.
