Some roadwork projects are scheduled to take place in Chariton County this week.
MoDOT says a resurfacing and shoulder-improvement project is scheduled to take place on U.S. Highway 24- from approximately two miles west of DeWitt to Highway 5 in Keytesville- through mid-July. Flaggers and a pilot car will direct motorists through the work zone. A 12-foot width restriction is in place.
Pothole-patching projects are scheduled on Route TT- from the Linn County line to Highway 139 on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 14 and 15; and on Route E- from Highway 139 to Highway 11 on Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16.
All work is weather permitting.
