The number of positive cases of COVID-19 have reached triple digits in Cooper County.
The Cooper County Health Department has announced there were six newly diagnosed cases of the virus on Friday. To date, there have been 103 cases reported in the county.
With 74 positive cases released from observation, 29 cases remain active and two persons are currently hospitalized.
Of the total number of positive cases, 94 are through community transmission and nine are travel-related .
The number of cases related to congregate-living is now up to 44 and these cases are included in the total case numbers and community transmissions.
The Cooper County Public Health Center strongly encourages all citizens to wear a mask in public places.
