One new positive case of COVID-19 was confirmed in Howard County on Thursday, July 30.
The Howard County Public Health Department says that increases the overall total to 41 positive cases since the start of the pandemic.
With 31 positive cases released from observation or “recovered,” 10 cases remain active in the county.
