The Lafayette County Health Department, confirmed one new case of COVID-19 on Saturday.

The latest case count in the county is now 148. With 121 persons recovered, there are now 24 active cases. No new deaths have been reported in Lafayette County in addition to the three deaths previously reported.

Residents are encouraged to wear a mask when in public and continue social distancing and proper hand hygiene.
