Claudia Jean Bayne, 69, of Miami, died Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 8, at Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Shriner’s Hospitals for Children in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com

Survivors include two children, Doreena Forqueran (Jamie) of Malta Bend, MO and Junior Bayne (Rachel) of Miami, MO; three grandchildren, Kelsey Forqueran, Tildon Bayne and Jase Bayne; five siblings, Charles D. Smith, Ira Dale Smith, Jimmy W. Smith, Margaret Mullins and Wanda Garrison; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Elmer Smith and Dora Turnbough Smith, and husband, James T. (Jim) Bayne Sr., Claudia was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Bailey and Wendy Apel; and two brothers, Eugene Phillips and Robert L. Smith.
