Devan Frakes, age 33, of Kansas City and formerly of De Witt, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020.

Memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 24, at Breshears Memorial Chapel in Brunswick, where visitation begins at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be private at Evergreen Cemetery in De Witt at a later date.
