A traffic stop on I-70 in Saline County on May 11 led to multiple counts of a drug-related felony charge being filed against the driver of a school bus.

According to a report from Missouri State Highway Patrol, the driver said he had purchased the vehicle from a friend and had not yet registered it. Inside the vehicle, the trooper says he located approximately 12 ounces of marijuana; an eyedropper with a liquid suspected to be LSD; three separate containers with a powder substance; several different types of pills with no identifiers; unknown wax substances; THC edible products; a digital scale; a glass pipe; and suspected Molly tablets.

Drake Johnson, of St. Louis, has been charged with five counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond has been set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Johnson’s initial hearing is pending at Saline County Circuit Court.
