A 31-year-old Odessa man has been charged with felonies after a traffic stop on October 21.

According to a probable-cause statement, a law-enforcement officer located a THC pen; a loaded clear glass pipe that later tested positive for methamphetamine; 45 clonazepam and seven oxycodone pills; a small digital scale; and a loaded 12-gauge shotgun.

Court documents say Zackary Jacob Stewart has been charged with three counts of a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon; and four drug-related misdemeanors. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash only.

Stewart pleaded not guilty during his arraignment hearing on October 22. His next hearing is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 28, at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
