Students at an area college are scheduled to put on a performance of a children’s musical over two three-day periods this month.

A news release says the State Fair Community College Theatre Arts program is scheduled to present the children’s musical “James and the Giant Peach” November 13-15 and November 20-22 at Stauffacher Theatre on the Sedalia campus.

Friday and Saturday performances begin at 7 p.m.; daytime performances on Saturday and Sunday begin at 2 p.m.

Admission is free; however, donations will be accepted at the door. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to about 60 per show to allow for social distancing. Face coverings are required.
