Evergy notified the city of Sedalia that beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, and continuing through 8 a.m. Sunday, December 6, Winchester Road will be closed from 10th Street to just south of the Walmart Truck Entrance to allow for light pole replacement.

A news release says travelers in the area will need to plan for alternate routes during this period as Winchester Road will be closed to all through traffic in the area.
