Fitzgibbon Family Health, Fitzgibbon Hospital, Howard County Health Department, Howard County Ambulance Service and Central Methodist University will hold a COVID-19 vaccination event from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 25, at the CMU Rec Center in Fayette.

A press release says new to this clinic will be the addition of dedicated hours to accept walk-ins for vaccination. Walk-ins who are in an eligible phase and tier will be accepted only between the hours of 9 to 11 a.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. You are urged to not come at any other time, as those are reserved for people with appointments.

Those who preregister and are scheduled with an appointment time will be given priority for their vaccination.

Walk-ins who are in an eligible phase and tier, as determined by the State of Missouri and explained on www.mostopscovid.com will be served as vaccine is available.

You may preregister for the vaccine at www.fitzgibbon.org/preregister. You will be contacted for an appointment when your phase is open and vaccine is available.
