Two Missouri residents suffered moderate injuries in a boating crash in Henry County on Friday, April 9.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash occurred as 68-year-old Albert Weaver, of Pleasant Hill, abruptly turned his southbound vessel in front of a northbound vessel, driven by 69-year-old Randall Stone, of Holden.

Weaver, who was ejected out of his vessel, was taken by EMS to Research Hospital in Kansas City and Stone by EMS to Golden Valley Hospital in Clinton for treatment.

The crash happened at 9:55 a.m. at the G23 mile marker on Truman Lake.
