Some vandalism has been reported at Slater City Park.

City Administrator Gene Griffith explains some of what has happened recently.

Griffith said Mayor Dr. Stephen Allegri is not pleased, and law-enforcement will be stepping up patrolling in the area.

In other news from the city council meeting on Tuesday, June 15, the council approved the price of family pool passes to be increased from $80 to $100 and individual pool passes from $45 to $65.
