The City of Knob Noster has contracted with Johnson County to begin chip-seal work the week of October 18th.

City officials urge drivers not to park on the following streets: South Washington Avenue (from Division Street to West Bridge Street), South Lincoln Street (from McPherson Street to East McKissock Street), East Lucas to West Lucas Street, Center, West Allen, North Vaughn Street to U.S. Highway 50, North State Street to the start of the gravel road, Elliott Lane, Smith Parkway to NE 991 Road, East Wimer and Bagby Street.
