An area state park will be closed for a couple of days early next month.

According to officials at Knob Noster State Park, the park will be closed to all visitors on Saturday, November 6, and Sunday, November 7, due to the upcoming managed deer hunt.

Camping, hiking and all other activities will not be allowed.

Only registered hunters and staff or volunteers working the event will be allowed within the park.
