Halloween is today, and area authorities want everyone to have fun and be safe.

They say if you’re “trick-or-treating”, always use sidewalks and crosswalks; stay with a parent; and carry a flashlight if it’s dark.

Drivers are urged to be extra cautious with all of the little ones out and about in the neighborhoods.
