A Marshall High School student finished in the top three at a debate tournament over the weekend.

According to a news release, the debate squad competed at the tournament at Kansas City Rockhurst, and Michelle Lin placed second in Student Congress.

The squad’s next tournament is scheduled to be at Park Hill South High School on Saturday, November 20.
