During the meeting of the Saline County Commission on Thursday, December 23, Circuit Clerk Becky Uhlich explained prices for passports are going to be rising early next week.

In other news, commissioners said the courthouse in Marshall will be closed Friday, December 24, in observance of the Christmas holiday and on Friday, December 31, in observance of New Year’s Day.
